Why are so many folks focusing on a proposal for “a minimum tax of 25 percent on total income, generally inclusive of unrealized capital gains, for all taxpayers with wealth greater than $100 million”? So very wealthy taxpayers would pay about the same as the median American W-2 taxpayer. How is this radical?
