Sis nak buat IF berapa hours? Within that hrs yg buka tingkap, makan ikut suku2 separuh berulang kali. Lets say 3x dlm jadual u, selitkan 2 x snacking. If u eat buka tingkap terus dgn makan berat, by the end nk tutup tingkap nanti dh tersasar kalori deficit, not worth nanti buat IF. Result may not like what u expecting
