I've been trying for years to get an issue resolved with @toyotausa the customer service reps are nice and all but I've spent about 10 to 12 hours trying to even get to the point where I can use the connected services app. Am I the only one that experiences this utter frustration? My Genesis app issue was resolved in like 10 minutes. It's been 2 years toyota get your act together
