One 88y/o Chinese lady came with ruptured perianal abscess. She’s one of the few surprisingly not annoying Chinese patients, in fact quite cute. She said probably I always sit kot, that’s why kena this abscess. Then I asked, oh why? Is it because your legs weak? She’s like, no la because I’m lazy.
