The life of an unmarried man in his 40s in Korea is both funny and sad. While others marry the women they love, build families, and spend summer vacations in cool places, I clean, cook dak-galbi, and work on my dissertation. Occasionally, playing games on my new PS5 and Nintendo Switch is my version of a summer getaway(!) this year.
