I prefer crochet because I don't like the results of knitting. For amigurumi, it looks like a sock puppet ☺

I knit for 10 years and then switched to crochet about, gosh, 12 years ago now? And, in all honesty, it’s because crochet is just much easier for me. I love them both but knitting in the round was always my weakness. And then I realized: I don’t have to do that anymore! I’m faster, better, and have an easier time with crochet. And I still know how to knit but I have no reason to do it anymore!

I used to knit but now I crochet - I like that it's so easy to unravel if you have made mistakes (I always found that hard with knitting!). Also so easy to just freeform random stuff.

For clothing, knitting. For larger projects, crochet. Love them both.

Crochet, because great grandma didn’t teach me to knit.
