I watched Dìdi last night and woooof what a ride! A story that highlights the struggles of immigrant moms, complicated sibling/friend dynamics, and the challenge to communicate any of these things at the age of 13. I think the Bay Area (Fremont) setting also hit home for me. It's the first time I've related so personally to a coming of age film 🤔
