Too many factors to consider. I’ve gotten people results within just a month, and some later than that. Consider frequency, intensity, goals, programming, nutrition, genetics etc… The most important thing though is adherence and consistency. Make sure you completely buy into whatever program you’re submitting to, considering all bases are being covered. Also vetting properly to make sure it’s not BS you’re purchasing or you’re not working with a professional who just looks good with no knowledge

Was told this and find it rings true if you go >3 days a week for an hour (preferably 4) 30 days: you will notice 60 days: people close to you will notice >90 days: it will be obvious to everyone

Start with a(n online) coach for 2/3 days a week, have a nutrition plan which you stick to, then I would say 5 weeks, maybe a little bit sooner. If you freestyle everything you can see results too but it takes way longer. I started weight lifting at 22/23 and got a trainer at 28 (I didn’t invest sooner) and saw results in 3 months that I didn’t make in all those years before combined.

I noticed physically after 3 months but everything before that three months I could hardly tell. Energy wise, I could tell a difference after the first month.

It depends on what you are smh and eating. Saw results in 2 weeks dang 2 a days and burning at least 1500 calories a day.
