I’ve always been a huge advocate for wearing earplugs for any loud event or even around loud machinary because I suffer from tinnitus (almost all my life) and i hate it when people dont listen to me. I wouldnt wish this to my worst enemy because it affects quality of life so much. Please wear ear protection whenever you can, everyone. healthylifestyle
