Carl Jung believed that “unnecessary suffering enters the world because of a refusal to accept legitimate suffering”. Paying our fair share of tax is, I believe “Legitimate Suffering”. It costs us at every pay day. However that legitimate suffering of paying our fair share reduces the unnecessary suffering of others in poverty or in danger.
