Hot take: as a photographer or model: putting “published” in your bio devalues your personal brand. Getting published is cool, but only if it’s a credible publication. There are so many pay to play publications. I’d rather you have a highlight with the 1 credible publication rather than seeing “published 23x.” 1/2

Something that you’ve been a part of being accepted into a magazine is such a wonderful feeling. BUT! It does not belong in your bio. It is not a flex in 2024. At best, it should be a highlight… tell me how many campaigns you’ve been a part of, that’ll get me out of my seat!
