For the sake of total honesty, I'm a type 2 *they think* diabetic. I take mounjaro as a tool to bring my blood sugars down as insulin wasn't working to bring them down. With mounjaro, my a1c went from 10.9 in april to 5.9 in July. When I quit taking insulin, I was taking 75 units of long lasting insulin, and close to 60 units of short lasting to try to get them under control. /

2 分鐘內	Katy Nyman spicy_soul247365	It wasn't working, as my a1c showed. I have tried all the pills and failed with them,, and resorted to the insulin. Then it didn't work either. No, diet and exercise were not helping. I was eating keto, with no starch, white flours, sugar, etc. Nothing but lean meat, non starchy vegetables, and water. I also went to the gym and worked out WITH A TRAINER, for a minimum of 1.5 hours a day. Along with my normal walking.
