Neurodivergent confusion question: what does it mean when, after ending a meeting early, your supervisor says “I’m gonna give y’all 15 min back in your day.” Does it mean we just go back to doing our job or does it mean we get a surprise extra break because we finished the meeting early? I am SO CONFUSED why they would say that unless it’s meant to be a bonus break.
