developing a healthy relationship with technology is part of humanity. it is odd to see people at war with the newest tech while they bask in the benefits of travel, healthcare, mobility, computer graphics, and other “old” tech that was also initially shunned before it was celebrated. always good to ask tough questions and debate policy and use cases of tech. but being “anti” new tech feels like either pandering, fear of being left behind, or a denial of the pattern of progress.
