A properly balanced local Beet cocktail.👌🏾 I know it sounds crazy. This was my first time tasting beets in a cocktail form. The drink was unique from the aspect of the spices, liquor, and citrus used in it to complement the natural earthiness & sweetness of the beets. The flavors hit. This is definitely a memorable cocktail.
