Some mindsets to ditch:
-how fast can I run and still count it as easy
-how little can I fuel and still feel okay
-how little can I sleep and still function
-how small can I be and still be strong
…. Just because you CAN get away with doing the minimal or walking the fine line doesn’t mean you should, and, likely means you are sacrificing performance on that day or growth/adaptations over time.
