Well, here we go, after a testing week of all my Max lifts last week It is day one on the actual Swole Program.
Woke up the am at 200lbs even. With no real training and no meal plan I’ve managed to stay somewhat lean but have lost size.
Let’s see what 12 weeks on this program can do! Hardest part for me as always getting enough calories especially when this program calls for six sessions per week.
