Expectation vs reality of a small business first sample. The manufacturer tried to gaslight me when I told them that this wasn’t chiffon too💀 I could go on and on about what a nightmare this manufacturer was to deal with. From using the wrong fabric and hardware, to claiming they misquoted me and asking for more money after I had already paid them, completely ignoring the measurements I sent them, and continually pushing back the ship out date. Never again!
