Please don't do this to small businesses owners. Etsy treats 4 stars as a negative against your shop. Seriously. It's about % of reviews and any amount less than 5 drags your overall score down. If you got it, love it, and would buy again - that's 5 stars. Period. Thank you for coming to my small biz ted talk.

Sure, "nothing is perfect and there's always room for improvement" or whatever. But does the product match the description? 5 stars. Etsy is also one of the only places where I bother to leave a review every time, because I know it actually matters

I know Etsy doesn't have review fraud like Amazon, but when a shop has only 5-star reviews it seems too perfect to be true. When I see they have some 4-star reviews it makes them seem more legitimate because they aren't buying reviews. Now a 3-star is when I message them. And many times they accidentally did it and meant to put 5-star.
