Year 1: amazing kids questionable admin, but the kids made it worth it. Year 2: questionable kids and admin, but I had support and a fairly good relationship with some of admin and bonded with a few special kiddos so it was worth the struggle in the end Year 3: I’m still feeling the kids out, but I love like 2 so far….. I’ve been gaslighted, blamed for needing help, belittled as a teacher, hit kicked and bit with no type of empathy from admin and it’s only day 11 🙃🫠
