I had someone ask me today, “how do you find time to workout?”
If you are a busy working woman, or a woman with kids, or BOTH, you’re going to have to MAKE the time.
It’s going to be really hard if you don’t schedule your workouts and plan ahead to make the time.
I’m a big Google calendar gal and would be lost without it. Schedule your workouts like you’d schedule a doctor appointment, and then stick to it.
