Is it just me, or has any vestige of "hinging" completely disappeared since the onset of the pandemic? I cannot drive westbound on the Bay Bridge even once without at least 2-3 potentially fatal high-speed-swerve near-misses.

The same beat up rolling traffic offenses with no plates that routinely zigzag between family SUVs at 120mph while road raging stay on the road, emboldened to keep giving zero Fs. I see maybe one CHP traffic stop PER WEEK.
