The imposter syndrome is strong with this one... 🙃 What about those that haven't tried the agent route (because of fear of rejections, or similar), but gone straight to, or even thinking of going straight to self publishing? TBH, that's probably a whole new topic to the one you're looking at ... 😊
4 天內	Mitch Toews prosebytoews	Querying since August (this August)... my second book..."'Fargo,' with Mennonite German accents..." no rejections...not ready to give up...no self-publish; got lucky and had my first publisher query--a collection of short stories--accepted by a small press. ("Pinching Zwieback" At Bay Press, 2023). Cheers.
