My take on the Mariners. I’ve seen posts that say to throw butt loads of money at Soto. Why in the hell would he want to come to Seattle knowing the ownership history and knowing they wouldn’t do anything else to improve this team. There are a dozen guys at least on this team that can’t hit so opposing team could just pitch around him. For a little less money he could be on a team that has a chance of going to the World Series, never get that chance in Seattle.
