That's interesting, I've never heard of this set up but it's potentially a good idea if there's enough foot traffic. That's what I wonder too though, every place I've ever sold work at always collected payments for me then gave me the funds in cash at the end of the month, which is also when work went home with the collectors. I think in this case we have to trust in the good ol' honor system and hope for the best.
