I have seen people so desperate for work that even with degrees and years of experience in their field they apply for production work that's paying them 13.00 an hour to work in a sweatshop because the hours are guaranteed. I'm talking experienced backgrounds.They don't all take the job once I go over the pay and what's required but some do. I've interviewed teachers, directors and managers. 1/2
