I think it’s best kept as a reflection of that individual and definitely not as a whole. Just as you were the one that felt empathy in the like, surely many others didn’t. Just like some some people who work there go out of their way to provide an amazing experience and assist people in need. There’s no need to generelaize and take away from others due to one persons behaviour.
