Produce content on a regular basis. However, I would recommend doing seasons unless your are fully committed to doing 52 weekly episodes.

Plan out at least 12 episodes, bank a few so you're not trying to produce something last minute, and accept that your first 50 aren't going to be your best, but you will get better.

Consistency is beyond important!

Just do something you like talking about and keep at it plays and downloads will come just keep going .Our first probably 10 or even 20 episodes weren't very great but we kept getting better overtime

Bullet points. So you can go with the flow but still have an idea of what your episode is about.

Just dive in. Waiting for perfection never gets the work done.

Find your niche and passion. Don’t focus on the numbers. Just record and have fun.

Don't do it for the money. Editing will set you apart. Keep your show tight
