Currently 200 or so Elite Sports athletes are competitively cycling south in Spain's Vuelta for 100 miles into what can only be described as a furnace. 43°C / 110°F. They did the same yesterday, just with huge mountain climbs & elevation gain, and tomorrow and the next day.... These guys define 'fit'.
