“I don’t want to get too muscular…” We have all heard someone say this as an excuse for not lifting. But the truth is, it’s not that easy to build lots of muscle. Many lifters will spend years dedicating massive resources to programming, recovery and nutrition to garner every ounce of muscle they can, only to never be “body-builder-esque.” Ladies, even with a lot of intention on gaining muscle, the picture on the right is still hard for many to accomplish. Don’t fear the muscle.
