4 things I’m training which will allow me to see my kids grow up:
1) Strength Training
2) Mobility stretching
3) Zone 2, Zone 3 cardio & HIIT training sessions
4) Eating a Protein rich diet
Eventually, they will model and copy what I do, instead of me telling them later in life.
As a Dad, it’s my duty to help them lead the way.
