I get it, you're a scaling entrepreneur. But you're still human. Being the CEO and the pressure that it brings means that of course it's important that you take time out of your business to look after yourself and recharge your battery. Whether thats getting your nails done... going for a massage... working out... or even perhaps just lying on the sofa in your pyjamas with a tub of Ben & Jerry's watching Harry Potter all day.
