This is fairly standard and actually on the low side for most platforms.

They are taking less than 20% on fees from your sells, that's so good because they take over 30% from mine plus marketing and shipping, so if you are doing that in dollars you are doing great girl 🔥

This isn’t even bad when you look at what comparable platforms take. Just make sure you’re charging enough to accommodate the fees 🥰

Now that I have to charge customers taxes, that would also get taken out of the 'net profit' otherwise I have to raise my prices to account for it. They don't add it at the end of the order for some reason as an added charge to the customer. I think I've decided to just keep my website going and leave my Etsy in vacation mode with a note saying to order on my website. It's pretty disheartening.

I’d probably be happy with that if I made that much. I sure ain’t making that much on Etsy or on Shopify so if Etsy is helping to being those sales, I’d personally say it’s worth it.

This is why I started a Shopify years ago, (I was driving most of the traffic) and kept Etsy as a side store for more traffic.

My delivery costs are 4x higher than yours, with the similar sales revenue. Yours is pretty good, since most of your products are digital. 👍

Last year my fees were 6k. I was over it and I drive my own sakes so I switched to a shopify store. Best decision I ever made.
