100% yes. To the point where I was unemployed for 4 and a half years after my last job and the only reason I have one now is because the job centre told me to go to a recruitment day for a local supermarket, my fear of getting into trouble led me to do as I was told and I got lucky and got offered a job 🤷🏻‍♀️ This job is nowhere near as bad as my prevous one though thankfully and it's only part time so it's quite managable for my mental health.
