The most expensive home in US history is Gordon Pointe at $295 million. If Warren Buffett, bought it this would be 0.2% of his net worth. Yet he never would. If he’s often called as the “greatest investor,” (returned 20% annually for 50 years and counting) why are people confused when someone questions having their primary residence as 50%+ of their net worth?
