Never thought I'd cry on the Internet, but here we are. If anyone has ideas of what I could possibly do at this point please let me know, but I'm at a bit of a loss. I just hope there's a way to hold UPS accountable... they shouldn't be allowed to do this.

The driver still brought it to my door and asked my husband if he wanted to deny the delivery and file an insurance claim because of the damage. We should be able to visually SEE the damage!
