Something I’ve been thinking about today are the lyrics to Cassandra. So many people were raging and ready to cancel her and “let’s stop streaming her music to show /her/ how silence feels” because they weren’t acknowledged and didn’t care about potential reasons. When the first stone was thrown there was screaming. Now that she posted how fearful and guilty the cancellations made her, how she prioritised working to ensure London was safe… some of those same people? Silence. 1/2
