I'm confused how many Americans didn't seem to be aware of rugby until the Olympics. I know it isn't the most popular sport or the easiest to find ways to watch in the US, but I thought there was a lot more general awareness? I had friends who played for different schools in college (both men and women). There's a pick-up league I've seen playing in various parks here in OKC. I'm loving everyone discovering a pretty great sport, but it still took me by surprise. 😅
