I can’t believe I didn’t post this last week. BLUF: The service dept and shop made it right. Took my baby (Juki TL18) in for service at the end of June. 2.5 weeks later I picked her up and brought her home. She stayed in the plastic for a few days because my sewing table was full of another project. On Sunday Jul 21, I cleaned off the table and pulled my Juki out of the plastic, plugged her in and went to bed because I was going to sew the next morning. (1)

The scratches, the bent metal, I was horrified. I had to wait an hour for the shop to open but I took her in. The ladies at the shop were horrified but so kind and helpful. The more we looked, the more damage we found. She went back for repairs because it looked like someone just yeeted her off a truck.
