I was always nervous to wear panties because I didn't know how the fit would be it's like if underwear fit me correctly, idk how else to put it. the sack sits nicely on the gusset, the peen is compressed enough that I don't bulge out of skirts, and the underwear line is just so much more subtle. 10/10 can recommend to less endowed trans women, or growers, in my case (the small sack helps, I'm 5'6" with the scrote to match) TL;DR if you are apprehensive about panties, at least give em a try.
