This just happened. This homeless man was approaching me yelling & made jerking motions towards me when I wasn’t responding. (I had headphones in) and when he kept getting closer I pulled out my pepper spray & told him I’d fuck him up. He kept approaching so I sprayed it, all while these two “city of Portland” employees just stood there and watched with no help/interference. I genuinely hate this city sometimes. I’ve been attacked here enough.
