Yess, its only fun to have some passions in common... I have not much BJJ experience yet. As I have focused mostly on other parts of the martialart up until this point. But yeah, I mean a woman with the same interest. Heck yeah. Martialarts are for everyone. It makes you a better person. Osuuu

I'd be very skeptical. The community is small, my reputation matters to me, and I see drama in this. Not that I'm opposed to it on principle, but as a brown belt and competitor on the local scene I feel like I would have to be careful to be ethical. What if we broke up and she was no longer feeling welcome at open mats or tournaments because of my status? That wouldn't be fair. maybe if they were equal ranked or higher.
