Standard Operation Procedure is in place for my groomers to follow, so as to protect the customers & animals Terms & Conditions is in place for customers to follow, so as to protect the business & my staffs. Customer only have 1 page to follow. My groomers have 50+++ pages to follow. I don't allow my groomers to challenge my SOP. Thus please don't challenge my T&C either. It's in place for a reason Be nice when you missed the appointment. Don't angst leh
