Go to a tattoo artist then. You probably won't get in within your two week window unless you've got a really flexible schedule and they get a cancellation, but that'll fix your problem. FYI , most good tattooers don't want people's cruddy drawings. They'd prefer to do the art themselves. A scribbly idea with notes is better than bringing in a pre-done design.
