@americanair My sister flew rt PHL to CLT to visit us in Western NC, a 3 hour drive from CLT. Her return flight last night was delayed multiple times from 6:30 pm until 2 am when it was finally cancelled. This was an equipment issue, not weather. You offered hotel vouchers but only to those for whom the flight was a connecting one. Her trip originated in PHL and she was returning home. She had no accommodations in CLT. Please explain how that’s acceptable.
