As an American, one thing I hate about having the Olympics overseas is that, because of the time difference, the results of certain events are released in the middle of the day, before I get to watch the event on prime time (I don’t have streaming), and get to be surprised by who wins. I try not to find out ahead of time who won - but news outlets online and on TV make that impossible, by blabbing the results early! Don’t these news outlets know that some people still want to be surprised?
