My Bimmer (535d) had a coolant leak today. So I went to get it serviced. During the check the mechanic found that my High Pressure Fuel Pump is leaking also, the oil getting spilled onto ECU. It just started leaking so there were no damages to ECU. One small malfunction helped discover major one, saving me thousands of dollars and possibly broken engine. Proper service is crucial!
