When I was 5, my parents sent me to a Bible summer camp. Now, it is important to note that they were Baha’i, not Christian, and I knew they were Baha’i and the very basics of the faith, but that’s it. I was 5, remember. But my parents wanted us to be exposed to other religions (Baha’i’s believe all religions have the same source, so that tracks) and wanted me (a weird kid, even at that age) to go make friends… and probably were just happy to send me out of the house for a week too. 1/
