This 👩🏻‍🦳at a client site I visited was “offended” and felt “excluded” because I was speaking Spanish to Spanish-speaking attendants and Arabic to a small group of Muslim women eventhough none of Us were talking to her. I relayed that when and if I ever need to speak with her, I’ll make sure to speak English. 🙄
