I’m so irritated. It’s annual review time at work. I was honest, put it all out the about a conflict with a coworker that’s been going on for 3 years: discussed how I feel not listened to; how if I make a mistake it’s magnified so the entire department knows about it(apparently I made 3 mistakes). Well my boss took offense to it all, gaslit me, said everything was blown out of proportion & that I did make mistakes. But then went ahead & scored me as exceptional. I have no one to talk to at work
